Shipping policy

We are an online retailer shipping within the United States. We are transparent about delivery times because some of our pieces come from overseas workshops, and we would rather you know that before you order than after.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking details once it ships.

Delivery times

Orders typically arrive within 3 to 10 business days, shipped from our US warehouse. You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.

You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier backlogs, and severe weather can extend delivery times beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us at peakk.clo@gmail.com and we will investigate, and refund or replace it if the parcel cannot be located.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur a reshipping charge.
