Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy from us. If something is not right, this policy explains your options.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all included parts and hardware.

How to start a return

Email us at peakk.clo@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with a return authorisation and confirm the return address before you ship anything. Please do not send an item back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be refunded.

Return shipping costs

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost, and we recommend using a tracked service. If the item arrived damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we cover return shipping in full.

Damaged or faulty items

Lighting and glassware can be damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a further 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Because we begin processing orders quickly, please email us as soon as possible. Once an item has shipped, our standard return process applies.

Items we cannot accept

We cannot accept returns of items that have been installed, wired in, modified, or damaged through misuse, or items returned without their original packaging and components.

Faulty goods and your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
